The U.S. Agency for International Development to Honduras is seeking proposals from interested qualified firms to print and bind educational material for the Basic Education and Skills Training Project (BEST), No. 522-0388. (COALSA) warehouse, Comayaguela, D.C., Honduras, C.A., within forty five (45) calendar days from the contractor's receipt of mechanical pages.
