The preferred building would be a 7,000 square foot structure with acceptable parking and vehicle maneuvering room built to USPS specifications on a lot of one and one half to two acres. The site may be offered for sale or lease. As an alternative, an existing building of approximately 7,000 square feet may also be offered. The building should be offered in a stripped down condition (all interior partitions, ceilings, mechanicals removed) for purchase or lease. Although it is preferred that responses be on the USPS form, buildings may be offered in letter form. All responses should include a buildings and grounds layout with dimensions, proof of ownership and a purchase or lease amount.
