The Coast Guard Integrated Support Command is soliciting proposals to design and construct a wash pad and associated pre-treatment sewage discharge system to be located at the Coast Guard Integrated Support Command, 4640 Urquhart St., New Orleans, LA 70117-4698. The wash pad will be used to clean engines under overhaul in the adjacent engine shop. The pre-treatment sewer discharge system will be a GSA Contract item furnished and installed by the GSA contract representative.
