This effort includes systems design, testing, and integration of both Block 0 and Block 1/2 configurations of TCS hardware, software and related maintenance and/or upgrade support to existing systems. This will be a series of sole-source procurements to Raytheon E-Systems, Inc., Falls Church, VA, under modifications to an existing contract, N00019-98-C-0190. Successful completion of this effort requires intimate knowledge of the TCS core hardware and software, various UAV related systems and the relationship of UAV's within the air reconnaissance architecture. Raytheon E-Systems, Inc. is the designer, developer, and sole manufacturer of TCS and is the only known source with the in-depth knowledge of the equipment necessary to perform this effort to meet schedule requirements. The estimated period of performance is October 2000 through December 2002. See notes No. 22 and 26. Posted 08/28/00 (W-SN490790). (0241)
