This procurement is for DataGate Integration engine software support and maintenance for licenses and software of existing equipment. This material is required for support of mission critical databases at Clinical Information Technology Program Office (CITPO) as required by SPAWAR, Charleston. This procurement will provide upgraded software, maintenance and support through responses to trouble calls. The resulting contract will be a fixed priced, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite quantity type contract, utilizing Commercial Acquisition procedures, for one base year and two option years. The minimum guarantee is for a period of performance from 00Sep29 through 01Sep30. This will be a sole source procurement to Software Technologies Corporation (STC), Redwood Shores, CA. STC is the developer of the existing software and owns all proprietary data rights. STC is the only known responsible source that can fulfill the mission requirements.
