This is a combined synopsis/request for quote for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition document (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only request for quote. Quotations are being requested and A WRITTEN REQUEST FOR QUOTE WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Request for Quote number MDA908-00-Q-1026 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-13. This requirement is for one line item; i.e., Line item 0001 -- 1 EA Automatric License, subscription and on-site support. VENDORS MUST SUPPLY SUFFICIENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THE GOVERNMENT TO DETERMINE THAT THE ITEM BEING OFFERED UNEQUIVOCALLY MEETS THE REQUIREMENT STATED ABOVE. Vendors are cautioned to include all of the description information required of this acquisition in their total price. Delivery of all items is required 30 days from date of award to be delivered FOB Destination to Bldg. 6000; Bolling AFB; Washington, DC 20340; ATTN: Wm. H. Fleming. Acceptance shall be made at destination. The provision FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items applies.
