Potential sources are being sought to provide short notice (delivery within eight hours) temporary end-to-end telecommunications services to support the White House Communications Agency (WHCA) travel requirements throughout the CONUS and U.S. territories. This Sources Sought announcement is for information planning purposes only and is not a request for proposal. WHCA supports an average of 550 temporary missions yearly. Therefore, WHCA requires that telecommunications be provided to more than one trip site simultaneously. All telecom services and associated leased equipment must be provided by one source. The company must be available 24X7, 365 days per year for provisioning, installing, maintaining, and resolving all trouble calls. All telecommunication services and the associated leased equipment are temporary in nature, not to exceed thirty days. The majority of temporary services are operational for seven days before disconnect. Types of telecommunications required are: end-to-end communication services, dial tone and long distance services, intralata dedicated (analog and digital), leased ancillary equipment, ISDN/BRI. Because of the unknown national nature and security issues involved with each mission, it is impracticable to provide advanced notification of coverage areas, dates, or lengths of service. Services must be provided on schedule, without fail. Interested sources must respond to DITCO/DTS12.RL, 2300 East Drive, Scott AFB, IL, 62225-5406 within 5 days of this notice with written substantiating documentation of your qualifications. Substantiating documentation must show abilities to provide all services and respond to all telecommunications requirements/trouble calls (24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year) to various simultaneous locations.
