We are seeking 8000 eggs, prizes for prize eggs 50 per age group (5 age groups), candy to fill eggs, door prizes, baskets, and prizes for approximately 14 game booths. Total estimate is $1,500. Advertising will be done at the event. Representation from the Sponsors would be accepted and encouraged. We will accept all or part sponsorship/donation for the event. More than one sponsorship/donation may be accepted and additives would be considered. Requests for copies of this solicitation may be recieved no later than 10 March 2001.
