We are soliciting for in-kind donations for the Elmendorf Fitness Center's Armed Services Basketball on 30 March -- 1 April 2001 to be held at the Elmendorf Air Force Base (AFB) Fitness Center. We are seeking fruit, drinks, and 220 t-shirts for the event. Prizes such as basketballs, sweat bands, headbands, gift certificates for jerseys, shorts, shoes warm-ups, gym bags, hats, etc.; also 28 1st place, 28 2nd place, 2 1st place team and 2 2nd place team trophies are also needed. Total estimation for prizes and merchandise is $5,000. Fruit and drinks will be provided during the event for the participants. This event will be open to all military Alaska wide. Advertising will be done at the event. Representation from the Sponsors would be accepted and encouraged. We will accept all or part sponsorship/donation for the event. More than one sponsorship/donation may be accepted and additives would be considered. Requests for copies of this solicitation may be recieved no later than 10 March 2001.
