ENGINEERING SERVICES IN SUPPORT OF WR-ALC/LE The Support Equipment and Vehicle Management Directorate (LE) at WR-ALC has a requirement for on-site engineering services in support of the workload transition from SA-ALC to WR-ALC. This notice is to advise that the Design and Engineering Support Program (DESP) will be utilized in obtaining contractual coverage. A solicitation will be issued under Option 1 (Full and Open Competition) of the DESP, and all ten Option 1 contractors shall have the opportunity to submit a proposal. Upon completion of evaluation, a task order will be issued to the one successful offeror. A list of the ten DESP contractors under Option 1 may be found at the website listed in block 18 below.
