- On a sole source basis to Raytheon Systems Company Navigation & Landing Systems of Fullerton, CA, the Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue delivery order 0003 under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-98-G-0115. The delivery order is a test bed modification to Signature Managed Air Traffic Control and Landing Systems (SMATCALS). The delivery order will be cost plus fixed fee. See note No. 22.
