Description

The Flathead National Forest will be issuing a Request for Quotations for 130 Traffic Tally Recorders with the following specifications: Pulse inductance loop detection, programmable recording intervals of hourly or daily, up to two lanes of count, battery life 4 to 6 months (may be rechargable), lockable lids with all locks rekeyed alike, programming via internal keypad/display or serial port connection to laptop PC, data retrieval with memory cards or with serial port connection to PC, must operate on currently available software that is IBM compatible, operational temperature range of -40 degrees F to 130 degrees F. Issue date, approximately September 11, 2000. Delivery date, October 16, 2000.
