Description

Pallet cover, Polyethelene, Cargo. Delivery to CONUS except Alaska. Item 0001 NSN 3990-00-930-1480 and Item 0002 NSN 3990-00-930-1481. Long term commercial contract intended.One base year plus up to four possible option years. 100 percent set-aside for small business. Various Quantity Ranges from 100 to 5000 each. Offers accepted for both FOB Origin and FOB Destination pricing. Allowance for Foreign Military Sales use. Items may be added during the term of the contract for the remaining term, first based on competitive advertising and evaluation for possible award under seperate cover. Alternate dimensional size offers will be entertained, however no offer for less than the size requirements provided can be considered and no greater than 5 inches than the length and or width can be considered. Contract will not allow for varying sizes on any item unless provided by the corresponding specification. Contract intended to be fixed price with EPA. To obtain a copy of the solicitation contact the buyer. Note, any e-mail copy request shall be titled "Request for Copy SP0560-00-R-0119." Include your postal address and allow enough time for receipt/return of the copy. Buyer will not send e-mail or facsimile copies of the solicitation.
