This requirement is a Full and Open Competitive Procurement with an evaluation preference of 10% for HUBZONE contractors. The SIC Code is 2869, size standard 1000 employees, and FSC Code is 6810. This requirement is for 15,000 pounds of Butanetriol 1-2-4 (BT) in accordance with Specification 174-121C. Award will be based on Best Value determination using Past Performance and Price.
