- The Executive Office of the President, Office of Administration intends to negotiate, on a sole source basis, renewal of software licenses/support and maintenance with ACS Desktop Solutions, Inc. This procurement will renew licenses for Quorum proprietary software products operating on an existing Correspondence Tracking System and will be effective for the period October 1, 2000 through September 30, 2001. ACS Desktop Solutions is the sole owner of this proprietary software.
