Requisition F1342602210100 is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for the Reconfiguration/Refurbishment of HQ AMC/XP Herman Miller Systems Furniture. Phase I -- Job includes pulling from warehouse inventory and deliver list product to job site. De-installation of 32 overhead storage units and installation of 32 (refurbished) overhead storage units. Removal of excess product from job site to warehouse. Phase I must be completed by 10 Sep 00. Phase II -- Pull from warehouse existing inventory and deliver list product to job site and/or warehouse. Installation of 14 workstations (excluding electrical connection to building power supply). Removal of excess product from job area and deliver to warehouse. Deliver product to warehouse for remaining 8 workstations. Installation of 8 workstations in HQ AMC/RE. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; requests for quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Requisition F1342602210100 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This is 100 percent set-aside for small business. The solicitation can be viewed at http://www.eps.gov/. The solicitation package includes the statement of work, provisions/clauses and wage determination. The closing date for the request for quotations (RFQ) is Tuesday 5, August 2000, by close of business. Offerors need to complete the provision 52.212.3 the Representation and Certification and submit it with their quotation. Facsimile quotes will be accepted. Late quotations will not be accepted. Contract award cannot be made to any contractor who is not enrolled in the Department of Defense (DOD) Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Program.
