Description

The solicitation dated August 8, 2000 is hereby amended to revise proposal submission instructions and provide answers to industry questions. The proposal submission instructions included in the solicitation are hereby amended to state: _Moreover, offerors must submit written certification to prove their suits will include the Gore and denier Cordura(R) materials or equivalent materials_. Industry Question 1: _Please inform whether drysuits included in contract line item numbers 0002, 1002, 2002, 3002, 4002, 5002 (drysuit with drop seat) will also include item _c_ (male bladder relief closure_. Government Answer 1: Drysuits with drop seats will NOT require male bladder relief closures. Industry Question 2: _The text accompanying the above referenced solicitation number makes no mention of screen printed or heat transfer insignia. If any type of markings are to be included on the drysuits, please specify type, location, and size of insignia. Also, please advise if you would like this to be included as part of our submission._ Government Answer 2: There is no requirement for any such markings and therefore there is no such requirement for insignia to be part of submission under the solicitation. The solicitation remains otherwise unchanged.*****
