- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Coastal Systems Station, Panama City, Florida, intends to award a purchase order for 10 each, Canopies and Risers on a sole source basis from Para-Flite,Inc., 5800 Magnolia Avenue, Pennsauken, NJ 08109-1399. This action is not suitable for full and open competition because the items are being procured for testing purposes only for potential addition to the list of qualified items under the MARSYSCOM Diving/Parachuting Authority.
