The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Siemens, c/o Ingalls Power Product, Emeryville, CA, (888) 204-9090, under authority of FAR 6.302-1, a Firm-Fixed Price Supply Contract for MAXsys 2510 Substation/Generation Facility Revenue Meters. This is the only source known that can provide the product required. This notice is neither a request for proposal nor a solicitation for offers.
