Description

The Library of Congress has a requirement to purchase archival storage folders, file folders, document storage boxes and drop front storage boxes. All items are to meet Library of Congress specifications as detailed in the Request for Quotation (RFQ). The RFQ will be provided upon request. Deliveries to be made F.O.B. Destination to the Library of Congress/Receiving Unit, Landover Center Annex, 1701 Brightseat Road, Landover, MD 20785. The following provisions apply to this acquisition; 52.212-1 Instruction to Offerors -- Commercial and 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items (under this clause the following clauses have been modified by the Library of Congress; 52.233-1 Disputes; 52.232-25 Prompt Payments. These clauses shall be available upon written request. Offerors shall include a complete copy of the provisions at 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its offer. The clause 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes of Executive Orders -- Commercial Items applies to this acquisition (under this clause the following clauses have been modified by the Library of Congress; 52.223-3 Convict Labor and 52.215-2 Audit and Records -- Negotiation. The following FAR clauses are applicable under 52.222-26 Equal Opportunity; 52.222-35 Affirmative Action for Handicapped Workers; 52.225-3 Buy American Act -- Supplies.
