Description

The Missile and Space Intelligence Center (MSIC) has a research and development effort to perform an aerodynamic analysis of a spinning missile using an unstructured body fitted grid Computational Fluid Dynamics code, (Euler and Navier-Stokes Simulation of the Aerodynamics of a Spinning Missile). Period of performance for this effort will be 15 months from date of award. Contract is set aside for Mississippi State University due to their unique capability and expertise. They have developed a computational fluid dynamic code that has the capability to perform aerodynamic analysis of spinning missiles. All responsible sources may submit a quotation that will be considered. Full pricing and a technical proposal must be included.
