Description

The Government intends to acquire Fetal Bovine Serum, for a lot of 500-1500/ 500ML bottle lots for invitro diagnostic use. A three (3) year contract (a base year and two (2) option years) will be awarded. Total requirement 1500 -- 3000 bottles depending upon funds availability and the number of acceptable proposals. To be delivered FOB Destination to USAMRIID, Building 1425, Fort Detrick, MD 21702. Two (2) 500ML bottles of proposed lots must be submitted as samples for verification testing and determination of adequacy in cell culture production used for human vaccine. Offerors shall provide descriptive literature at time of sample submission certifying conformance with specific physical and chemical characteristics and certifying that it is free of adventitious agents. Offerors shall be registered with the Center for Devises and Radiological Health. NOTE: All potential offerors are reminded, in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, that all Federal Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database.
