This notice is published in order to modify the announcement, submission no. 482433, that was published August 04, 2000 at 10:31 in CBDNet and is effective immediately. All other terms and conditions of the announcement remain unchanged. The announcement was for architect and engineering services under the design excellence program for the modernization and renovation of the Howard M. Metzenbaum Federal Building US Courthouse in Cleveland, Ohio. The following changes shall be incorporated: 1. The total number of proposals to be submitted for the Stage I submission is five copies. 2. Under the Stage I requirements, criteria number four (4) LEAD DESIGNERS' (ARCHITECTURAL/HISTORIC PRESERVATION, MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING) PROFILES -- the amount of pages for per profile per discipline shall be limited to a maximum of three (3) written pages.
