- Description
- The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, WareOnEarth Communications, Inc., under the authority of FAR 6.302 for technical and engineering support services required by Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego (SPAWARSYSCEN-SD). SPAWARSYSCEN-SD is responsible for providing specialized network engineering and analysis support for the non-classified IP router (NIPRNET) in support of various Navy computing projects and programs. The prospective contractor will assist SPAWARSYSCEN-SD in providing maintenance, network analysis, testing, research, development, modeling and implementation of the NIPRNET. The period of performance is for one year with no optional years. No hard copy versions of the Request for Proposals (RFP) will be available. See Notes 22 and 26.
