Description

The U.S. Department of Energy, Oak Ridge Operations Office, intends to modify existing contracts for GHP-centered energy conservation and maintenance services for federal agency sites throughout the entire U.S., the District of Columbia, and U.S. Territories to include federal agency sites worldwide. The existing contracts are with (1) Constellation energy Source, Inc., 111 Market Place, Suite 530, Baltimore, MD 21202; (2) DukeSolutions, 128 Tyron Street, Suite 1000, Charlotte, NC 28202; (3) Energy Performance Services, Inc., 2003 Renaissance Blvd., King of Prussia, PA 19406; (4) The Enron Team, 12647 Alcosta Blvd., Suite 500, San Ramon, CA 94583; and (5) The Trane Company, Asset Management Services, 4831 white Bear Parkway, St. Paul, MN 55110.
