Description

Sources Sought/Notice of Intent to negotiate with one source. This is not a request for proposals. The work consists of follow-on effort in support of the Ordnance and Explosives (OE) Removal Program at the former Fort Ord, California for 30 OE team days of effort to support the Ordnance Detection and Discrimination Study field trial sites. The sole source contractor is on site performing this work; this allows continuity for the next 30 days until a new contract can be awarded for a competitive acquisition. The Government will consider responses received within 10 days after the date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is within the discretion of the Government.
