The Beltsville Human Nutrition Research Centers'Food Surveys Research Group has a need to procure a database query tool, using sole source Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This is a sole source purchase because of the proprietary nature of the software used in this system. It is our intention to issue a sole source award to Princeton Multimedia Technologies Corporation of Princeton, New Jersey.
