The above contract was award on October 14, 1999 to Gahagan & Bryant Associates, Inc., 5803 Kennett Pike, Suite D, Wilmington DE 19807. The minimum task orders amount per year is $1 million. The USACE, NYD hereby intended to exercise the first option year in September 2000 vice the schedule date of October 13, 2000 due to the fact we have reached the maximum ceiling for the based period of performance.
