Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACOE), Wilmington District is seeking Applications for Lease of Real Property of the United States at Philpott Lake, VA near Martinsville, VA. The Application for Lease package requests proposals for the construction, operation and maintenance of a marina concession facility under a lease agreement with the Government. The lease site comprises approximately 31 acres of land known as the Twin Ridge Marina site. Applications will be available Aug. 29, 2000. Pre-Application Conference is scheduled for Oct. 03, 2000.
