The Securities and Exchange Commission intends to award a sole source purchase order to CCH Incorported, 2700 Lake Cook Road, Riverwoods, IL for yearly legal publications/subscriptions and upkeep service. Examples of titles are: Accountants SEC Practice Manual, Accounting Articles, American Stock Exchange Guide, Bankruptcy Law Reporter, Boston Stock Exchange Guide, Financial Services Reporter, Canada Corporation Law REporter, Chicago Board Options Exchange Guide, Commodity Futures Law Reporter, Capital Changes Reporter, Congressional Index, Contract Appeals Decision Reporter, Corporate Secretary's Guide, Federal Banking Law Reporter, Federal Securities Law Report Newsletter, Mutual Funds Guide, NASAA Reports, NASD Manual, New York Stock Exchange Guide, Pacific Stock Exchange Guide, Philadelphia Stock Exchange Guide, SEC Accounting Rules, Securities Transfer Guide, Tax Court Reporter, Taxes, Trade Regulation Reporter, and Blue Sky Law Reporter. The proposed purchase order action is for goods and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302.
