Description

The Securities and Exchange Commission intends to award a sole source purchase order to Bureau of National Affairs, 9435 Key West Avenue, Rockville, MD for yearly legal publications, subscriptions and upkeep service. Examples of titles: Securities Regulation & Law Report, United States Law Week, Supreme Court Practice, BNA's Banking Report, BNA's Bankruptcy Law Reporter, BNA's Federal Contracts Report, The United States Law Week and Broker/Dealer Compliance. The proposed purchase order action is for goods and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by submitting a fax to Joan Johnson on 703-914-9226 on or before September 12, 2000. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, any company who can provide the titles stated herein, should fax notification of such to Ms. Johnson by the above date.
