Description

VISN 15 Consolidated Contracting Office is seeking qualified providers to furnish Educational Therapy Services to be performed at the DDE VA Medical Center, 4101 S. 4th Street Trafficway, Leavenworth, Kansas. The contractor will have the responsibilities of the establishment and operation of an Educational Therapy Program which will include basic adult learning assessment, CASAS (evaluation), basic adult education, the GED Testing Program and any remedial educational programs offered to patients at this facility. The contractor is responsible for the planning, coordinating, and supervising of patients involved in the highly diversified treatment program for neuro-psychiatric, domiciliary and GM&S patients assigned to the Educational and Vocational processes. Solicitation to be issued on 8/29/00 with quote due on 9/18/00 at 2 p.m. Requests for the solicitation must be in writing, faxed requests are acceptable, no telephone requests will be accepted.
