Description

Under the authority of Section 4202 of the Clinger Cohen Act of 1996 the VA Medical Center, Cleveland, OH proposes to enter into a non-competitive contract with West Ed, 730 Harrison St., San Francisco, CA 94107 to provide consulting services using the tools that are of their copyright: StageWorks@, Guided Experience@, Rapid Design and Development Process@, and RDDP@. Due to the unique, complex and proprietary nature of this procurement, there is a reasonable basis to conclude that the supplies/services required are only available from this source with unique capabilities, and no other type of supplies/services will satisfy agency requirements. The contract perid is 30 September 2000 through 30 July 2001. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations, but all quotations received within the due date for receipt of quotations shall be considered.
