- Description
- The purpose of this amendment is to change the solicitation to indicate sole source negotiation with Ontario Ministries of Natural Resources in Ontario, Canada. Further market research of this dispersal effort for the rabies bait vaccine has found the dispersal unit to be available only through the OMNR. No other aircraft have been found to be equipped with the correct dispersal unit. Should another source be equipped, they are asked to contact the Contracting Officer immediately.
