Description

The Draft Statement of Work (SOW) for the Next Generation Laucnh Services (NGLS)defines NASA's performance requirements in lieu of a detailed design specification. Note this is a draft and may be changed significantly if a solicitation is issued. The anticipated release date of the draft RFP 03-01-2000 is planned on or about September 18, 2000 and release of the final RFP October 30, 2000 with an anticipated proposal due date of on or about January 8, 2001. Prospective offeror's comments and questions regarding the draft SOW may be submitted to the below Contract Specialist by September 13, 2000, 4:30 P.M. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor the Internet site for the release of the solicitation and amendments (if any). Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any).
