Description

The United States Postal Service seeks proposals to lease existing space, space to be modified or new lease construction in the Village of Schroon Lake, County of Essex and State of New York. The preferred area is: ALONG NYS RTE 9 IN THE VILLAGE OF SCHROON LAKE, BETWEEN PICKARD LANE ON THE NORTH AND, HOFFMAN ROAD ON THE SOUTH. The requirements for existing space or space to be modified are for about 3,800 square feet of existing net interior space with about 34 parking spaces. New lease construction space requirements are for about 3,800 square feet of net interior space and an ideal developable site size of about 62,100 square feet with parking spaces as shown in the plans and specifications.
