Description

The US Postal Service seeks proposals to sell land to the US Postal Service. The preferred site area is located in the city of Buffalo, County of Erie and State of New York, and more particularly bounded as follows: North -- Genessee Street; East -- Harlem Road; South -- Clinton Street; West -- Fillmore Avenue. The ideal site size, within the above boundaries, should be approximately 165,000 square feet of developable land, net of setbacks, etc. Proposals should be submitted on a USPS form, which form can be obtained upon request from: George E. Welch, Real Estate Specialist, Windsor Facilities Service Office, 6 Griffin Road North, Windsor, CT 06006-0300. Proposals must be submitted to Mr. Welch no later than close of business on Friday, September 22, 2000.
