Description

Bude Work Center-This project includes the following items of construction: (1) Demolition of the old work center buildings, (2) Construction of a 4,000 SF office building and a 5,120 SF shop building, (3) Construction of various site amenities including a vehicle wash slab and a seedling cooler, (4) Regrading of the site and construction of roads and parking lots including excavation, shaping and paving, and (5) Installation of utilities including electrical, water, sewer, and communications located on the NFS in MS, Homochitto Ranger District, Franklin County, MS. Contract time is 300 calendar days. Price range is $500,000.00-$1,000,000.00. Bidders must furnish a 20% Bid Bond, and if successful bidder, must furnish a 100% Payment Bond and a 100% Performance Bond within 15 days of notification. This project is open to small and large business concerns.
