Description

Furnish all labor, material and equipment necessary to rehab the Station building at U.S. Coast Guard Station Morro Bay, Morro Bay, California. Work includes 1) Demolition of existing finishes, wall and fixtures as indicated and required to access existing plumbing and electrical systems. 2) Installation of new walls, doors and frames. 3) Installation of new finishes, including carpets, sheet vinyl flooring, ceramic tile and acoustic suspended ceilings. 4) Installation of new plumbing and plumbing fixtures, replacement of existing plumbing fixtures and installation of new appliances as indicated. 5) Leveling of concrete floor slab at depressed slab. 6) Installation of new vinyl windows and aluminum storefront doors. 7) Installation of new lighting, outlets and switches. The estimated cost of this procurement is between $100,000 and $250,000 and is subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is open to large and small business participation. The SIC code for this procurement is 1542. Size standard is $17.0 million. Performance period is 90 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
