Description
Furnish all labor, material and equipment necessary to replace the bottom rollers on the hanger doors at Air Station San Francisco California. Work includes, but is not limited to the following: A) Remove 22 existing bottom roller assemblies, with double flanged, 9_ thread and 10_ flange diameter wheels, bushing and roller bearings. B) Replace with new, shop-fabricated bottom roller assemblies, with double flanged, 9_ thread and 10_ flange diameter wheels, bushing and roller bearings. C) Remove and replace the existing safety edge assemblies on two leading doors. D) Inspect existing hangar door operator assemblies for proper operation and maintenance needs. Submit inspection report with findings; and recommendations, if any, for upgrading the door operator assembly. The estimated cost of this procurement is between $25,000 and $100,000 and is subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is open to large and small business participation. The SIC code for this procurement is 1751. Size standard is $7.0 million. Performance period is 60 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
