Description

DESC: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in SUBPART 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, and Far Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number M62974-00-Q-2011 is issued as a Request For Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-18. This is a total small business set aside. The Standard Industrial Code is 3491. The small business standard is 500 employees. FOB point is destination, MCAS Yuma AZ. Contract line items are as follows: Item 0001 Carlin Valve, 4" Storz inlet and outlet, Hydra-Shield P/N CV-45A, 4 each; Item 0002 Conversion of Carlin Valve to 4" Storz on both sides, Hydra-Shield P/N Storz/Dbl 4, 4 each; Item 0003 Hydra-Storz connector, 4" Storz x 4.5" Female, 150 each. Inspection and acceptance will be at destination. Evaluation will be based on lowest price. No substitute will be accepted.
