Bendix Drive, South Bend, IN 46620 and Honeywell Engines (CAGE 02LU7) for Spare Part Packages, Military Customer Support, 1300 West Warner Road, P.O. Box 22200, Mail Code 1207-2JJ, Tempe, AZ 85285-2200. -- Authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1). -- The proposed contract action is for hardware/special tools for which the Government does not own the technical data package available to permit full and open competition.
