P/N 4J33838-101G REV "A" 95 EACH; 100% Quantity Option Applies, Critical Application Item, Configuration Control Applies. Origin Inspection I/A/W QAP 007 Required. FOB Destination, First Article/Preproduction approval required by Government Testing. Sample Size 1 each. Testing shall consist of verification of conformance to the specified drawings and specification, to include fit, form, and function on the next higher assembly. First Article delivery is 120 days and Delivery for production and option quantity is 270 days . Numbered Notes 9 & 26 apply.
