Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Treadwell Corporation, 341 Railroad Street, Thomaston CT. to procure a total estimated quantity of 36 Auxiliary Cubicles and Microprocessor Controllers, Installation Engineering Support Services and Associated Technical Data over a three year period. The Auxiliary Cubicles and Microprocessors will be used to modify existing Model 6L16 Electrolytic Oxygen Generators used on Navy submarines. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Note 22 applies.
