Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for noncommercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number N00164-00-Q-0320 applies and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-18 and DCN 20000627. The standard industrial code is 3827 and the business size standard is 500 employees. This is a sole source procurement to Litton EOS, 10420 Miller Road, Dallas TX IAW Far 6.302-1(a) and the small business set-aside has been dissolved. This requirement is as follows: CLIN 0001 12 ea- 25MM Unfilmed gated Image Intensifier tubes P/N 510-7604-300, 0002 12ea- Biocular eyepiece P/N 39100491. Delivery is required F.O.B. Destination within 120 days after award. Final inspection will be at NSWC Crane. Selection for award will be based on price and past performance. Quotes that are non-compliant with any material requirement of this solicitation may be rejected without further consideration for award. All responsible sources may submit a quote that will be considered by the Agency. A Firm-Fixed Price purchase order will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
