Description

The work includes provision of all labor, equipment, transportation, supplies, materials and supervision for removal and replacement of steam and condensate piping, insulation, replacement of supports, auxiliary structural steel including fasteners and anchors, pipe alignment guides, flanges, traps assemblies, valve and repair of concrete manhole walls within Steam Manhole 2-20 and incidental related work. Work located at the Newport Naval Station, Newport, RI. This will be a Firm Fixed priced lump sum award. This will be set aside for Small business. The SIC Code is 1623. The quote package will be available to purchase on 20m Sep 00. The quote due date is 27 Sep 00. Please expedite your package to arrive on time, per end of the year crunch is upon us. There is a non-refundable charge of $14.00 for plans and related drawings. Offerors interested in obtaining plans for this project must submit their request along with a cerified check, cashiers check, company check, money order, VISA, Master Card, or Discover card in the amount of $14.00 to: DEFENSE AUTOMATED PRINTING SERVICES, (DAPS), 47 CHANDLER STREET, NEWPORT, RI 02841-1712.
