Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for noncommercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number N00164-00-Q-0325 applies and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-18 and DCN 20000627. The standard industrial code is 3663 and the business size standard is 750 employees. This is a sole source procurement Rockwell Collins INC, 855 35TH St NE, Cedar Rapids, IA IAW Far 6.302-1(a) and the small business set-aside has been dissolved. This procurement will co-inside with items being purchased on GSA Contract GS-35F-5926H, FSS 70 SIN 132-8. This requirement is as follows: CLIN 0001- 116 each NTN Operations and Maintenance manual P/N 523-0780255, CLIN 0002- 9 each Marine Installation Kit 30 meter P/N 987-0791-002, CLIN 0003- 9 each Marine Installation Kit 10 Meters P/N 987-0791-001, CLIN 0004- 116 each NTN, AA Battery Holder P/N 988-3123-003. Delivery is required F.O.B. Destination within 120 days after award. The delivery location is to be determined at a later date to a destination within CONUS. Final inspection will be at NSWC Crane. Each item shall have a three-year warranty. Selection for award will be based on price and past performance. Quotes that are non-compliant with any material requirement of this solicitation may be rejected without further consideration for award. All responsible sources may submit a quote that will be considered by the Agency. A Firm-Fixed Price purchase order will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
