- This requirement is for two each Panasonic TLD Badge Irradiator, Model UD-794A with options of additional 2 each. The proposed procurement is restricted to Panasonic Industrial Company, Two Panasonic Way, Secaucus, NJ 07094. Only Panasonic Industrial Company can maintain compatibility with the existing dosimetry system and retain accreditation with the National Voluntary Laboratory Accreditation Program. See Note 22.
