Description

This is amendment synopsis. PRON: D10A4024D1, NSN: 6625-01-L11-5228, NOUN: VXI DAC, APN: A31U39043-1. The current known quantity for this item is 27. This acquisition covers potential requirements for five (5) years for a total maximum quantity (including the current maximum requirement of 235). Orders will be issued one or more times as requirements materialize. This item has been identified as have a potential for significant quantity fluctuation due the customer's changing supply demands. As such, an incremental quantity solicitation will be issued utilizing incremental quantity program provisions. Destinations to be furnished. Government Conformance Inspection Test is required. Delivery schedule 95 days after contract award. Offerors must be approved and qualified. This proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources . Suggest that small business firms or other interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with this procurement, make contact with the firm listed. The Government does not possess adequate documentation to acquire from other than the approved source. Restricted source(s) is North Atlantic Instruments Inc., 170 Wilbur PL, Bohemia, NY 11716.
