Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposal being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Proposal number for this requirement is RFP 791-17-00. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19 dated August 25, 2000. Standard Industrial Classification Code is 3579 with a size standard of 500 Employees. This procurement is unrestricted. Denver Distribution Center intends to negotiate with Rocky Mountain Packaging Products Inc., for one each Autobag automated packaging system, Model HS-100 Excel with: CR-100 Totalizing Bag Counter, PC-100 Pre-Determined Bag Counter, casters, strip and RIP; and the following options; one each FS-100 Seal Flattener; one each Trim Seal Option, one each VL-100 Support Shelf; one each BD-100 Bag Deflator (Orange Loop); and one each Precision 300 Programmable Imprinter prints to text, barcodes and graphics in line. Offerors shall propose based on installation, training of personnel and delivered price, F.O.B. Destination (Lakewood Colorado).
